Return & Exchange


  1. Refunds are not accepted. Only return & exchange.
  2. Exchanges are only valid for 7 calendar days after purchase, according to the date on the receipt.
  3. ​Exchanges are only valid with receipt. This is non-negotiable.
  4. ​Exchanges are permitted for sizes only. If size is not available for that specific model and colour, another model and colour may be chosen. Exchange of a different model can only be processed if the new model is priced equal to or higher than the previous model.
  5. Offline purchases can only be returned through offline channels, and online purchases can only be returned through online channels.
  6. All return & exchanges online through the website can only be processed through Whatsapp.
  7. Shoes must show no sign of wear and tear. Hangtags must also be intact under any circumstance.
  8. Shoes must be returned with its box in good condition (minimal bumps on its corners, no scratches or tears, no writings).
  9. Shoes on discount or reduced price cannot be exchanged under any circumstance.
  10. In cases of damage, photos and an unboxing video must be submitted to process return & exchange.
  11. For online exchanges on the website, customer is responsible for delivery costs. In cases where they return for damages, they must include proof in the form of an unboxing video that the shoes' damage are not the buyer's responsibility.
  12. Each pair of shoe bought can only be exchanged once.
